Apaptive Crossfit

Using a form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed using various skill combinations
devices/equipment to enable you to become fitter and stronger.
Seniors Balance
Monday 10.30am - 11.30am
Senior balance is a fun and supportive class to challenge and improve your balance. Classes are safe and suitable for all levels. Classes are designed to not only improve balance but coordination and strength. Most of all they are fun!!
Prost-Fit
Thursday 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Prost-Fit is designed specifically for men with prostate cancer, helping them become fitter, stronger and to help manage their cancer journey. This class has both physical and cognitive elements, delivered in a supportive environment with an emphasis on fun and social interaction. Prost-Fit is accredited by the Prostate Cancer Foundation of NZ. Free class!
CounterPunch
Wednesday 10.30am - 11.30pm
Discover the benefits of boxing and exercise in a group of people with Parkinsons in a fun and supported setting. Coached by experienced trainers to promote purposeful powerful movements, improve posture and walking and build strength and confidence.
