Heath clinics are fully supervised small group classes in which an Exercise Physiologist monitors your vital health data to ensure safe and effective exercise regardless of your health condition.These clinics are suitable for anyone with heart conditions, diabetes, cancer or general health issues.
Tuesday 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Prost-FIT is designed specifically for men with prostate cancer, helping them become fitter, stronger, and to help manage their cancer journey
This class has both physical and cognitive elements, delivered in a supportive environment with an emphasis on fun and social interaction. Prost-FIT is accredited by the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.
Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am
Join PD Fit to help you improve your movement confidence, dual tasking skills, strength, balance and coordination. Classes are fun, friendly and accessible.
We will find specific exercises to help you with your Parkinson’s needs, increasing complexity over time to keep testing cognitive skills.
A safe and friendly space where the main focus is working on slowing down the progression of Parkinson’s.
Chair Based Yoga

Jar of Hearts offers friendly, down to earth and affordable yoga classes where you’ll feel welcome and relaxed. With classes from beginner to advanced, yogis can find space to connect body, mind and breath. You'll find no judgement here but a focus on improving your skills at your own pace and in your own way.

Adaptive CrossFit focuses on developing lifelong health, wellbeing and fitness regardless of your ability, disability, or limitations. Using a form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed using various skill combinations devices/equipment to enable you to become fitter and stronger.
