Heath clinics are fully supervised small group classes in which an Exercise Physiologist monitors your vital health data to ensure safe and effective exercise regardless of your health condition.These clinics are suitable for anyone with heart conditions, diabetes, cancer or general health issues.


Tuesday 2.00pm - 3.00pm

Prost-FIT is designed specifically for men with prostate cancer, helping them become fitter, stronger, and to

help manage their cancer This class has both physical and cognitive elements, delivered in a supportive environment with an emphasis on fun and social interaction, Prost-FIT also offers camaraderie and opportunities for shared experiences. Prost-FIT is accredited by the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ (PCFNZ) and delivered by a trained and registered exercise professionals.

Senior balance is a fun and supportive class to challenge and improve your balance. Classes are safe and suitable for all levels. Classes are designed to not only improve balance but coordination and strength. Most of all they are fun!!

Chair Based Yoga

Tuesday 10.30am - 11.30am

Chair yoga is the perfect class for anyone wanting to experience yoga without worrying about what it looks like. It allows us to feel more grounded and connected to our breath stretching our whole body feeling more grounded are relaxed. You’ll leave feeling more cram to move through your week.

Cancer Recovery

Wednesday 10.30am - 11.30am

One for the ladies! Our breast cancer-specific class. Exercise that helps to improve and maintain energy, strength and confidence, whilst taking into consideration your unique circumstances - no matter what phase of recovery you’re in.

A class that focuses on improving lower body and core strength; and balance to improve your movement confidence. Build strength and enhance your health to remain an active participant in your life. Meet others in your community in a friendly and safe space, all abilities welcome.

MS Fit

Thursday 2.00pm - 3.00pm

A fun combination of aerobic, strength and coordination exercise to keep you feeling and moving your best. We provide a safe, knowledgeable space for movement, where you can gently stretch your limitations.

Adaptive Crossfit

Friday 12.30am - 1.15am

Adaptive CrossFit focuses on developing lifelong health, wellbeing and fitness regardless of your ability, disability or limitations. Using a form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed using various skill combinations

devices/equipment to enable you to become fitter and stronger.
