Jar of Hearts offers friendly, down to earth and affordable yoga classes where you’ll feel welcome and relaxed. With classes from beginner to advanced, yogis can find space to connect body, mind and breath. You'll find no judgement here but a focus on improving your skills at your own pace and in your own way.

Monday & Friday: 10.00am

A class that focuses on improving lower body and core strength; and balance to improve your movement confidence. Build strength and enhance your health to remain an active participant in your life. 

Emma is specifically trained to be able to understand the nuances of the mature body which translates to a non-intimidating and highly effective training style. 

Meet others in your community in a friendly and safe space, all abilities welcome.

Heath clinics are fully supervised small group classes in which an Exercise Physiologist monitors your vital health data to ensure safe and effective exercise regardless of your health condition.These clinics are suitable for anyone with heart conditions, diabetes, cancer or general health issues.
