Chair yoga is the perfect class for anyone wanting to experience yoga without worrying about what it looks like. It allows us to feel more grounded and connected to our breath while stretching our whole body feeling more relaxed. You’ll leave feeling more calm and mobile to move through your week.

Power up Fitness

Adaptive exercises that focuses on developing lifelong health, wellbeing and fitness regardless of your ability, disability or limitations. Using a form of high-intensity interval training, Power up Fitness is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed using various skill combinations
devices/equipment to enable you to become fitter and stronger.
Strength and Balance

Strength balance is a fun and supportive class which challenges you to increase your movement and confidence. Classes are safe and suitable for all levels. Classes are designed to improve balance, coordination and strength, all of which will positively impact your daily function and movement.
Prost-FIT
Mount - Thursday 2pm - 3pm
Prost-FIT is designed specifically for men with prostate cancer, helping them become fitter, stronger and to help manage their cancer journey. This class has both physical and cognitive elements, delivered in a supportive environment with an emphasis on fun and social interaction. Prost-FIT is funded by the Prostate Cancer Foundation of NZ, therefore the class is FREE!
CounterPunch
Mount - Wednesday - 10.30am - 11.30 am
Counterpunch offers heigh-intensity non-contact boxing-based exercise specifically designed for people living with Parkinsons. Our classes use boxing techniques to help improve posture, balance, gait, size and speed of movement, strength, agility and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.
