Using a form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed using various skill combinations devices/equipment to enable you to become fitter and stronger.

We will find specific exercises to help you with your Parkinson’s needs, increasing complexity over time to keep testing cognitive skills.
