I did my exercise programme yesterday that Aaron set for me. I felt good & warm all over after I’d finished. For me I felt a sense of achievement mentally that I’d done something physical, as opposed to sitting around all day.
I’m a visual person so do like the app, especially being able to click on the man to see how each exercise should be done correctly.

I have just tried my first workout in the NextStep app and it's all looking a bit flash!! It's a great way to get all the information I need to do my rehabilitation when I'm outside the gym.
