NextStep has a fully functioning gym and exercise centre that includes a wide range of the latest exercise equipment. NextStep has a large cardio zone equipped with Matrix touch screen technology and heart rate monitoring sensors. The strength room includes a wide range of Nautilus strength equipment and a large CrossFit rack for olympic lifting and strength training.
SENIORS FITNESS
NextStep is equipped with specific gear targeted towards an ageing population. With numerous cardio options there is always something you can do no matter your ailment. NextStep's strength equipment is designed to be smooth and reliable so that there is no additional jarring on your body. Within our facility is also a range of balance and falls equipment to improve your ability in this area.
PRE/POST REHAB & SURGERY
Within NextStep's staff there are two of only 3 Medical exercise specialists in NZ. With their advanced knowledge you can be sure to improve your outcome after surgery. There is also the ability to work with the resident physiotherapist to create a specific rehab routine straight after your surgery. NextStep is also a leader in technology and has some amazing gadgets that can make sure to measure and quantify the results you are achieving.

With leading equipment from manufacturers such as Reck Motomed, NuStep and more we take away the limits you might have if you are in a wheelchair and want to exercise.
